Is Online Empires a scam?

What we will never do is promise you income. Results depend on the work you put in, and we say that up front.
Why do some people say Online Empires is a scam?
Mostly for three reasons. Some people join expecting fast money and leave when it takes real work. Some confuse our training with the Enagic business opportunity that many members, including co-founder Brodie, choose to run. And business opportunities in general attract scepticism, which is healthy. We would rather you read both sides: our members' first-hand reviews here, the criticism elsewhere, then decide for yourself.
Is Online Empires a pyramid scheme or an MLM?
No. Online Empires is a training membership, not an MLM. You can join, learn and never recruit anyone. Our affiliate program pays a commission on memberships you refer, the same model most software and course companies use. Separately, many members choose to sell Enagic's Kangen Water machines. Enagic is a direct-sales company with a multi-level compensation plan, and its commissions are paid on real product sales. A pyramid scheme pays people mainly for recruiting, with no genuine product. If you consider Enagic, read its terms before joining.

How much does Online Empires cost?
Online Empires costs $1 for a 7-day trial, then $99 per month. The annual membership is $799 per year, which saves $389 compared with paying monthly. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time. Current options and prices are always shown at onlineempires.com/get-started.
What do you get as a member?
You get more than 100 step-by-step video lessons, weekly live training calls, access to coaches and mentors, a private member community, and the platform's funnel and affiliate tools for promoting offers online. The training is updated regularly, and members also have the option of in-person events, which have been held in Australia, the USA and Mexico.
Can I cancel my Online Empires membership?
Yes, at any time. There is no contract and no lock-in period. To cancel, notify support in writing at support@onlineempires.com. There are no extra fees and you will not be charged again.
Does Online Empires offer refunds?
Yes. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your $1 trial purchase by emailing support@onlineempires.com with your receipt; monthly payments after that are not refunded. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Who is Online Empires for?
Online Empires is for people who want to build an income online and are willing to learn, including complete beginners with no marketing experience and existing business owners who want digital skills. It is not for people looking for fast money without effort, or anyone unwilling to get comfortable with sales and communication.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Most members start with no marketing or sales experience. The training starts from the basics and builds step by step. What you do need is time, consistency and willingness to practise new skills, including talking to people.
Does Online Empires work on a phone?
Yes. All training and the member area work on any phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.
MONEY AND RESULTS
Can you make money with Online Empires?
Some members do and many do not. Online Empires teaches skills; it does not pay you. Members who earn do so by selling, whether through our affiliate program, Enagic products or their own services. Results vary widely with effort, time and circumstances, which is why we do not publish anyone's earnings as typical.
Does Online Empires guarantee income?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee you an income from a business, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The testimonials on this site are individual experiences, not a promise of what you will earn.
How do Online Empires members make money?
Members typically earn in one or more of three ways: referring new members through our affiliate program, selling Enagic's Kangen Water products as independent distributors, or using the marketing skills they learn in their own business or for clients. Each depends on making sales; joining does not generate income on its own.
How long does it take to see results?
There is no fixed timeline. Some members make their first sale within a few months; others take much longer, and some never do. The members who see results tend to be the ones who stay consistent, keep learning and keep having conversations with potential customers.
ENAGIC AND KANGEN WATER
What is the connection between Online Empires and Enagic?
Online Empires is a training company; Enagic is the Japanese company that makes Kangen Water machines. Co-founder Brodie Salnitro has been an Enagic distributor since 2017, and many members use the training to build their own Enagic businesses. The two are separate: your Online Empires membership and any Enagic purchase are different agreements.
Do I have to buy a Kangen machine to join Online Empires?
No. You can join Online Empires and use all of the training without buying anything from Enagic. If you choose to become an Enagic distributor, Enagic's own terms apply.
Do Kangen Water machines treat health conditions?
No. Kangen machines are water ionisers, not medical devices or treatments. Online Empires does not make health claims about them and does not allow members to make health claims in our name.
