Requests must arrive by 23:59 on the 14th day after the $1 purchase. Refunds are not given after 14 days.

Month 2 onwards
Once your first month has passed, payments are not refunded. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
What is not refundable
Unless a sales page says otherwise, one-off products and services are non-refundable, including training, event recordings, events and seminars, and one-time digital or physical products. Downloading your own content from the platform removes your right to a refund.
Chargebacks
The policy asks members to use the refund process instead of filing a card chargeback, and says Online Empires may recover its costs for disputed chargebacks.
