Appreciation post: an amazing mentor

Having a mentor is an invaluable asset but it does not matter how many tips, tricks or strategies they give you, if you do not put your own effort and time in, you might as well not have one!! That's where I know I am fortunate because I have an amazing mentor that has paved the path to success. Now he is coaching myself and other members of our team to the top. Never is it too much trouble for him to listen to our issues and provide the guidance and motivation needed to keep pushing forward. While he is busy building his own empire he has never once forgotten where he came from and is leading us all to stand alongside him on the top of the mountain of success.
